A few weeks ago we asked you where Katy Perry should go on her next, and very well deserved, vacation. The results are in and you overwhelmingly chose…

Juliet’s House in Verona, Italy

You largely agree Katy needs to exercise her romantic demons by writing a cathartic letter to Juliet’s secretaries and eating lots of delicious pasta. Sounds like a great vacation.

Your next choice, in a distance second place, was the million dollar vacation in Abu Dhabi.

Tied for last place were Manchester, the North Pole, and Rosewell.

To get a second opinion, we asked Katy Perry’s biggest fan, Jack Moore, which vacation he would suggest.

Jack told us, “I would have to agree with Machu Picchu, Peru as Katy has indicated before how she’d like to go on a ‘survival’ type vacation to learn how to live without the advantage of mod cons and learn how to live more independently. This would suit Katy greatly as despite the endless worldwide touring, Katy wants to travel ‘in my own way.’ This would also be the perfect spot to escape the daily grime of the constant flashbulbs, and I’m sure she’d struggle to get cell phone reception!”

But Jack also had his own suggested addition to Katy’s ideal vacation list.

“However, my own choice would have to be something a little more down to earth…,” Jack said. “Brighton, England is the idyllic seaside town based on the South Coast border of the UK to enjoy some of the hottest weather in the country. Katy’s only been here once before, on her first Hello Katy Tour, in which her tour bus was broken into, however this doesn’t seem to have deterred her as she recently tweeted that it was one of her favourite places to visit the UK.”

Brighton is also a great place to party, shop and get some culture, Jack tells us.

“Being the diverse and cultural capital of the United Kingdom, Brighton is full of quirks and self-discoveries which are surrounded by hundreds of years of history, including the world-famous Brighton Pier which offers some of the most typically British foods. Katy could put on her swimsuit and enjoy a portion of fresh Fish ‘n’ Chips whilst relaxing on a deck chair on Brighton’s notorious pebble beach [ed. note: a nude beach]! After Katy’s enjoyed relaxing, she could explore the huge variety of independent shops on offer, including everything from a Vegetarian Shoe Shop to small boutiques hidden down the cobbled lanes in the depths of this perfect getaway, which is often overlooked by many overseas visitors as many rarely venture from the capital.”

How about one more vote — should Katy really go to Verona or would she prefer Brighton?
