Taylor Swift takes a walk on the wild side in her new CoverGirl commercial, trying out four different looks: clean, rocker, glam, and her customary country look.

According to CoverGirl, the new look “showcases her evolving beauty and style transformations.”

In the exclusive, behind-the-scenes video, Taylor talks about trying new things especially when it comes to fashion saying, “I think in my life I try to experiment as much as I can with fashion. We put together nine different looks over the course of a two hour show.”

However, when it comes to the darker hair and the rocker look, she thinks of it as “something I like to pull out at an award show or a party or something like that. I would describe myself as a rebel in some way, but not in others.”
