The singer-turned-designer slyly tweeted the news, letting friends, family and fans know she was expecting.
Though the words seemed generic, “Merry Christmas from my family to yours,” the photo of her little girl, Maxwell Drew, dressed in her holiday best sitting next to the words “Big Sis” written in the sand, gave it all away.

Feeling a little déjà vu after Jessica’s big announcement? It’s probably because she announced her first pregnancy last year on Halloween dressed as a mummy, tweeting: “It’s true! I am going to be a mummy!”
With the news many wondered what would happen to Jessica’s $3 million dollar deal with Weight Watchers.
In a commercial, her second with the company, that premiered on Christmas day, but was filmed in November, she talks about losing 50 pounds in just six months.
Dressed in a loose-fitting plaid shirt she says, “I love food. I love life. I never knew I could be myself and be so in control at the same time.”
On December 26, Jessica appeared in the same outfit for a 30-second ad officially announcing her pregnancy, only 7 months after giving birth to Maxwell Drew.
Though she’s excited by the results of her time on the program, the singer has confirmed she will not stick with the weight loss plan while pregnant and instead will stick to the dietary orders of her doctor.
But Weight Watchers doesn’t seem to be too upset about her big news.
“There have been no changes to our business agreement with Jessica,” a representative for Weight Watchers told ABCNews.com. “Jessica’s successful weight loss prior to becoming pregnant will be featured in Weight Watchers’ new ‘Expect Amazing’ advertising campaign, including a spot with her sharing the happy news.”
The weight-loss company even tweeted their congrats to Jessica and her fiancé, Eric Johnson.

The company says they will run a new commercial with the mom to be on January 3 that will also feature fellow spokeswoman, Jennifer Hudson.
