There’s a new green on the horizon – Marijuana infused wine.
The special vint is only available in California, to card carrying medical marijuana users .
It should come as no surprise that there are strict laws regarding combining alcohol and marijuana for recreational use, even in states where recreational marijuana is legal, like Colorado and Washington. The combination can be truly stomach turning. Ask any Frat boy.
But that hasn’t stopped cannabis connoisseurs from trying to perfect the pairing. Verdad Wines wine variety “Canna Vine” will soon be commercially available in the golden state.
Rocker and cancer survivor Melissa Etheridge also has a line out called “Know Label.”
Marijuana infused wine will set imbibers back close to $140 a bottle.
