Take classical guitar rhythms, a little boy with big dreams, and the surreal imagery of Mexico’s Dia de los Muertos, jumble it all together and you’ve got Coco, Pixar’s latest animated film.
The trailer, released introduces audiences to the film’s main character Miguel. This kid is big-time impressed with a classical Mexican musician, Ernesto de la Cruz.
The film hits theaters November 22, just in time for the holiday it incorporates into the storyline: Dia de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead.
